Leslie Rouder is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the State of Florida Department of Health Division of Medical Quality Assurance for the past ten years. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and grief work.  Leslie is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and incorporates NLP in her treatment modality when working with her clients.  She received her certification as a Grief Recovery Specialist from the Grief Recovery Institute and is also certified in Transpersonal (soul-based psychology) and Integrative Breathwork from the Eupsychia Institute. Leslie has extensive experience working with marriage and relationship problems, and can provide guidance in overcoming communication barriers and re-establishing trust. 
 
In addition to her private practice in Boca Raton, Leslie is the Director of Disability Services at Barry University in Miami Shores, where she has the opportunity to coach and assess many students with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) that are presently attending the university, as well as all disability related concerns.  (see www.ADDadults.net )
 
As a crisis support consultant, Leslie is often called on to provide onsite crisis intervention for a variety of governmental and business settings, while providing ongoing grief support for those individuals seeking assistance with loss.
 
Leslie provides counseling in the South Florida area and is available as an e –counselor for those individuals seeking assistance elsewhere in the world.
